What is included
- Completion and publication of the website shown in your personalised preview, as a simple one-page business presentation.
- Brief presentation of your business, services, location and contact details, plus map link.

- Hosting for the first 12 months and registration of one available .eu domain for the first 12 months.
- One consolidated round of the limited edits described below.
Permitted small changes
- Removal of text, services or existing sections.
- Small edits or short additions to existing text.
- Corrections to business name, address, phone and other contact information.
- Addition or replacement of a logo supplied by you.
- Small changes to the website’s main colours.
- Short information on partner companies, if supplied in ready-to-publish text and fitting the existing layout.
Not included
- A new design from scratch, redesign of the presented website, additional pages or new sections.
- Professional photography of premises, staff, services or products.
- Product catalogue uploads, e-commerce, price lists or bulk data entry.
- Researching or gathering information about partner companies.
- Writing extensive new content or a detailed presentation of a large number of services.
- Custom features, booking systems, online stores and third-party integrations.
Payment, timing and domain
- The service is paid in full in advance: €239 plus the applicable VAT (currently €296.36 in total at 24%).
- You choose an available .eu domain and send all information and permitted changes in one consolidated message.
- The complete website will be live within five (5) business days after full payment and receipt of all required material and requested permitted changes.
- The 48-hour promotional statement refers to the personalised preview, not publication of the final site.
- Domain registration depends on availability at the time of purchase; first-year hosting and domain are included, but later renewals are charged separately after prior notification.
Validity and upgrade discount
- The personalised quotation is valid for 48 hours after it is sent to you. The public “offer of the month” is available while advertised.
- After buying the €239 website, you receive 20% off additional LP Development services, content enrichment or upgrades that are separately quoted and agreed within 30 days of your original purchase.
- The 20% discount does not apply retroactively to the original €239 price. Additional work is billed separately, only after your agreement.
The important distinction
The price is exclusively for the website you have been shown, with the small permitted changes. It is not an open-ended custom website build.
